  I used to like the building. But not any more. They changed the recycling policy without noticing any residents. So for now, if you throw you box in the recycle bin, the people who collect garbage would put all the boxes, labeled with or without you apt number, in front to of your door. At first I was so angry and didn’t know why. So I threw the largest one by myself. Then it happen again and again. The person put all the boxes, which are not mine in front of my door.
  
  I lived here for two years, please read other recent reviews carefully, you would know they are cutting budget by not fixing the water problem, the elevator problem, closing more facilities, and so on.

  Amenities are no longer as great as they were since you have to share them with 70 columbus. Also for the management office, as said by other reviews, they are the least responsive people I have seen, let along their worst attitude. It seems like nothing is their fault. I've been in 4 communities and the management office at 50 Columbus is the worst by any means. The concierge is also not responsible either. They lost packages and they did not check. Overall, you should look for something else if you haven't signed up.

  in 6 months living there, I had toilet issue X4. No fans in the bathroom.??building is not in good shape. as of Jan 2018, the water issues they have happen @ least 1 per month... they closed the children's playroom in Dec2017... lets close the playroom in the middle of winter??? Genius... makes plenty of sense.... only thing they have going for them is the gym access.. I would say given the competition around, I expected more for the $$$..
