  These people are crooks. I purchased a car from them. I was in a bad situation/low credit/good income and was in desperate need of a car. They took advantage of it, I was told the car final price with finance would be 9k . Even 9k was way too much for car valued at $3500 market value. Since I was stuck I signed. Come to find out it was 14k after I contated Credit Acceptance. The same week the car started making a very loud noise. When I contacted them, the guy name Sam was very rude to me. He flat out told that's the reason I brought warranty with the car to call the warranty co. Mind you their 30 days warranty wasn't even near over. Moe tried to help by referring to a mechanic in BK, but the warranty co. did not accept cause they commited fraud with them before. The car have holes in the front passenger side. Everytime it rains I have a puddle of water in my passenger side (front & back). They told me they couldn't fix that either. I took the car to 4 locations for the engine issue, the warranty co. said the repair wasn't covered. I'm stuck with a car they charged 4 times the market value that I can't get rid of. They took advantage of me and stuck me in a piece of junk car.
