  Update changed the rating from 3 to 1.
  - Management deducted over $2100 for repainting of 1br apt when we moved out. Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay as its a hassle.
  - Given the math of $2100(move out) + $800(half month broker fee) spread over 13 months lease I should have taken foundry much bigger apartment decent sun light and parking included.
  
  Pros:
  - Affordable place to live, close to light rail (7 mins of walk).
  - Quiet location to live in
  - Have a roofdeck and backyard with grills
  
  Cons:
  - The butterfly MX system for entrace is their worst offender (doesn't work)
  - not having a concierge hurts as return packages are hard to send and sometimes delivered packages are lost.
  - Finding a parking slot is hard if you don't get indoor parking.
  - Indoor cleaning is only twice or thrice a week which could be a little more given the building is 95% occupied.
