  I have had lower back pain for many years and like everyone I have been ignoring that. A month ago, I was helping one of my friends move apartments and during that move, I strained my back. Although it was not intense pain but I struggled to sit comfortably. Having a desk job, it was important for me to feel comfortable so started doing stretches in periodic intervals, which helped me for the time being. Upon visiting my physician, he recommended that I see Runa and so I reluctantly scheduled my first session with her.
  
  My experience was nothing short of exceptional. The moment I got there she personally greeted me and got me seated asking if I needed anything. As I waited for the appointment, the entire staff at downtown physio made me feel welcome and not for a moment I felt that I was visiting a healthcare facility.
  
  As a part of my session, Runa was extremely professional and courteous, starting with basic questions around my lower back pain and asking what my comfort was in doing exercises. Based on my comfort, she tailored the entire session within the boundaries, starting with simple stretches and moving on to more complicated stretches. She periodically checked with me on how I was feeling so as to adjust any treatment procedures. By the second exercise itself, I started feeling comfortable and at ease.
  
  Since then, I have had six visits so far and my experience continues to be exceptional and my lower back pain has almost disappeared. She also gave me simple home exercises over a text that I could do anytime, anyplace and anywhere! I highly recommend her for any of your rehabilitative needs and will continue to see her in the future as required. Thank You Runa!!
