  After two appointments at Essex Smiles, I realized what the dental experience could be. The people here are genuinely passionate about their field of work as well as their clients dental well being. They seem to have a lively and professional work culture and they never throw jargons or procedures at you without making sure you understand everything about it and how it relates to you.
  
  I had a lovely time getting my teeth cleaned by the hygienist—she was incredibly gentle but thorough. It made me realize how violent other hygienists have been when cleaning my teeth. She was also in general just a very smart and friendly person to interact with. I really can’t imagine going anywhere else for my dental care!

  Sara, Lissette, and Dr. Orrico, were all great! They were friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable. The place was clean, modern, and the chair even included a massage option! It was the best dentist experience I've ever had! Will definitely be recommending to a few others!
