  I've been coming here for a couple of years now and I must say that experience has always been pleasant. In fact, they identified a potential issue and referred me to a specialist just to be sure. Prices are very reasonable with insurance, but I've also paid out of pocket as well for exams (not frames and contacts.) Many of the reviews site the long wait times. Walk-ins are always prioritized second to scheduled appointments. This is true at any doctor's office that accepts walk in patients. I imagine that certain times will be busier than others. That's true anywhere. I've never waited too long to be seen in either scenario. Doctors are great. They take their time and answer questions. As for the manners of the office staff, again, you give what you get .The rules of the practice are quite clear. Some of the staff have been there 25+years. They have heard it all and don't have time for attitude or excuses.
