  Had their $5 combo coupon so decided to use it. Ordered a vanilla latte but that doesn't count as a "coffee". Ok understandable. Coupons have stipulations and the location has no control over them, even if silly, so I switch to a medium black coffee... Cashier forgets the coupon and processes everything at full price. Great so now I paid full price for something I didn't even originally want... At least I get to use the coupon again. Wasn't going to make a fuss when there was a line out the door and only one cashier
  
  On top of that, I sit down and the guy decides to sweep and asks me to get up so he can sweep. Never again. Thankfully there are about 6 other coffee spots in the same building.

  *Sigh* starting the day with terrible coffee always ruins the rest of the workday for me. I work at 500 newport tower and just walked over here for a nice refreshing iced coffee. I should have turned around and went to the many other coffee options in the area when the clerk ignored me, the only one in line, while she flirted with some man at the counter. Finally she notices me. Iced coffee with a splash of cream please! I say. I go to swipe my card to pay and noticed she's charged me twice. When I bring it to her attention, she just laughs, no apology, no nothing. Then...the coffee comes out looking like a glass of cream with a splash of coffee. I politely ask if I can have less cream. They take it behind the counter, do nothing, then hand me back the same cup of cream. I'm sorry, I say, this is still too much cream for me, would you mind making it again? Clerk takes it behind the counter, does nothing, returns the same cup of cream. I leave, come back and purchase another cup of iced coffee, no cream this time. What I receive back looks nothing like black coffee. I ask, "does this have cream in it?" Response.... "No its just old coffee....I mean that's just the color of the added flavor" -____- $6 in coffee later, this establishment has lost a customer and I will certainly tell my entire office and the offices in the building next door not to frequent this poor excuse for dunkin donuts. Management should be ashamed.
