  I moved to this neighborhood and brought my beautiful new camel wool coat to remove coffee stains on the sleeves that took place during my commute to work. Because the jacket was wool I did not want to ruin it by getting rid of it myself. I bought it at the end of December got coffee stains a couple wears in, brought it into the store in january to dry clean. I was so happy when I saw the stains were gone when I picked it up. It was too cold to wear so I left it in my closet in the plastic cover until Easter. I took the coat out and wore it to church but notice these large orange spots on the sleeves where the coffee stains were. Had no idea what happened, brought it to the store and they somehow removed some color off but it's blantantly obvious whatever they used to remove the coffee wasn't removed all the way so it took few weeks to set in and bleached my coat. I did not even take a look at it a few days after pick up because I wasn't going to wear the coat anytime soon... since it was a bitter winter and so I understand the 30 day policy wasn't valid. This has never ever happened to me with my dry cleaning esp. luxury stuff even mackage coats... Sue, one of the employee was really great and tried to help me so although I was sad, I wasn't angry or trying to demand any compensation however this coat has been discontinued and it took me years to find something this perfect on me. Yes I was sad but my mentality was ok if they apologized and did try their best i'd let it go.
  
  Today, one of the owners said they'll bring it to the place they send all their clothes to for cleaning and figure out what happened. I was told to come in at 7pm to pick it up or get an answer. I entered and a different lady was there. She accused me of ruining the coat myself and blaming it on them. She also asked how come I didn't spill coffee all over the coat instead only on the sleeves... if you are a starbucks drinker you know sometimes during commutes, the coffee splashed onto your sleeve as you're walking even when you're not taking a sip. I was appalled and now angry because all I was looking for was an apology at this point and I was just gonna donate this coat to goodwill or something and get over it but now I am writing this review. If I did the damage myself, I would be ashame to even go and try to blame it on the dry cleaners. In fact I even looked on the website to try to purchase another one but because they're discontinued... I couldn't replace it myself. Why would I go back and forth many times? It is a waste of my time!!!
  I would advise you to inspect your clothing a few days later for up to a month even if they looked normal when you pick them up. Some chemicals can take longer to set into the fabric especially wool. IF I knew this happened earlier within 30 days I would've been able to save my favorite coat. But again doing that is absolutely annoying and I would just find a different dry cleaners in general!
