  The overall wax service was decent at best. She left hairs but I wasn't even truly upset by this since it wasn't completely noticeable. My issue was with the receptionist. The gentleman who answers the phone and think he's the boss. My mistake was not getting his name but he's the reason I'm not coming back. I needed to return and item and he acted as if it was coming out of his check. Giving me a bunch of excuses why I can't return it until I checked him then miraculously it was returned. No apology, no see you soon. Just his attitude! Get better front desk staff. I live in walking distance to this place, but I will take the 20 minute train ride for the wax center in NYC. Since, they actually care about customer service, and my eyebrows are always slayed!
