  Over five years ago I had the very worst experience with a doctor that I have ever had in my life. He was offensive and abusive. I went to obtain my medical records from them on disc so I could move on to an excellent doctor who proceeded to complete a terrifically effective major surgery. That disc with my MRI cost me $25 dollars and I waited a half hour for it (when I was only supposed pay and pick it up but they kept me waiting anyway), and when I took it to my new doctor, the disc was empty. Every six months or so, they leave a message on my phone saying I need to call them IMMEDIATELY and that I have an outstanding balance. When I call them they tell me I owe them $40 dollars. I tell them that that is the amount of a co-pay and that they collected it BEFORE I went to see their inappropriate doctor, so I do not owe them $40 and in fact would like a refund of my $25 which I paid them over five years ago for an empty disc that was supposed to contain my records and MRI. They proceed to yell at me on the phone and demand that I pay them $40 which they say they have six years to collect and that it is not a co-pay but a co-insurance, which of course doesn't make any sense. I conclude the call and tell them to stop bothering me. Either their billing department (or the collection agency they sold their records to have harassed me for over five years.) Avoid this business at all costs.
