  I wouldnt even give this place 1 star! The so called owner's ignorant attitude.I went to exchange a pair of sneakers I purchased 24 hrs.prior ,they were worn not even 4 hours and took them off because they were uncomfortable.I didnt wipe down the bottom like I usually would before an exchange or refund, mind you there was NO DAMAGE! Only b/c it had a little tiny dust on the bottom.I felt like he must've had a bad day or he wasnt getting any, b/c of his attitude.Then as I proceeded to leave bc he was getting disrespectful & loud, and yelled "THIS IS NOT E-BAY!" Which makes no sense b/c Ebay is online,that goes to show you where his education level is..S.M.H.Its a shame having people with obvious anger problems working in a place such as MAGIC SNEAKERS. I've been to other Magic Sneakers and the people are NOTHING like JERSEY CITY Journal Square.Yeah! The guy in the photos is the so-called owner, horrible person, feel sorry for his colleagues.SHAME ON HIM!
