  Management is clueless and attitude galore. By far the worst Panera Bread I have gone too(I have only gone too 6 different restaurants). When I ordered online my meal to pick up, no one thought to have called me to let me know that my meal was not going to be made due to low inventory/lack of food. When I ask the manager, he told they didn’t think of it or see it online. The manager gave me a speal about he online order not working but he did not remedy the situation and I left withouht any lunch and wasted my whole lunch time. Then, the manager charges me twice for the meal I did not get. The next day, I give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt and try again(a huge mistake). Same occurred, and I had easy my lunch and then some more time. Needless to say this Panera Bread, I will no longer be going too.I get lunch time gets hectic but that doesn’t mean you have to be rude or inexperience in dealing with complex situations. Thanks for no nothing Panera bread!

  Make sure you double check the double checker at take out. Twice so far they handed me my bag after "checking it" and it was wrong. Refused any help after I got to my destination and realized they shorted me an item. Manager never returned call. There won't be a third time.
