  Roberta is a tough no nonsense attorney. A lot of people may take her no nonsense attitude and may construe it as harsh or rude. I’ve learned pretty quickly that in this business and others there is no time to sugarcoat things or cater to people’s egos or sensitivity issues. Thick skin is definitely a must. In all honesty the harshness is only because she’s a realist and she’s going to absolutely tell you how it is. The legal truth can hurt. Unfortunately not everyone is aware of the law and they think that just because they’ve been wronged morally or even legally that’s an automatic win in a court of law unfortunately it just doesn’t work like that. It really is a “it’s not what you know it’s what you can prove” type of thing. From personal experience as well as for four other clients that I recommended to hire her, and everyone did agree that she is tough and some may even say that she can be a little intimidating because of her knowledge and because of her no-nonsense attitude however, she won the cases for everyone I sent her way. She won numerous cases for me. She continues to represent me today and she will continue to represent me any other time I may need an attorney. She has represented both landlords and tenants which gives her an advantage because she knows how the other side is thinking and what defenses are available to them and she gets the job done!
