  Living in a Silverman building is amazing! I live at Charles and Co, and it is the closest thing to living in a suite at the Four Seasons that I'll ever experience. The staff is absolutely lovely, and they are wonderfully responsive to even the smallest requests. The apartments are beautiful and spacious, the water pressure is amazing (that's important!) and the roof deck is absolutely glorious! You can't beat the location (three short blocks to the PATH and close to all the fun shops and restaurants). I need to start playing the lottery because I never, ever want to leave :-)
