As long as they get their money, their satisfied! The Sales Rep. is absolutely unprofessional. My sofa did not fit, could not get my money back or an exchange for anything else, and they charge you for it not fitting as well. You call them, its like nobody wants to help you! They called me telling me my dresser is damaged, I'm still waiting for it. If I can give this place 0 stars I would!
