  I was so impressed initially by the owner. Day of move, movers arrived 3 hours late. The youngest, without a license, had driven into a pole, and we waited for a new smaller truck. The move started after noon. We were contracted to pick up from old house, drop bedroom furniture at jay sister's, continue to my new place, then take some furniture from there to storage. Complex, but in a contract. I paid for it all.
  The movers made the first stop at my sister's and charged her for that move, fully knowing I paid for this part of the contract and she was not supposed to pay. They pocketed that money, they also put a huge hole in her ceiling.
  Then they took a two hour dinner break. They tracked oil onto a new carpet. They finished around 9pm.
  The last part, taking the furniture to storage didn't happen because the prior home owner gave that furniture to the movers when they asked for it, even though that meant the company owner should lose the money covering that part of the move.
  However, the owner would not believe me that the movers not only ruined his first truck irresponsibly, but essentially dishonestly double charged for the first drop off of bedroom furniture, and should have returned the money for the last segment, since they did not take anything to the storage facility and got a room full of free furniture from the landlord.
  Not only that, but one of the moving men actually called me a day later and said he knew where I lived, and that I should not continue to tell what really happened. Implying a threat. The owners, the young couple, did not care and would not discuss returning what I had been overcharged, due to his dishonest employees. He actually yelled at me on the phone as if I was lying.
