  DO NOT GO HERE. Falsely charged for an additional month after closing. This is after taking every precaution and being assured I would not be charged ahead of time. Receive a credit? Nope, asked to dispute with my bank when escalating a regional office. I'm doing that in addition to filing with BBB and warning all of you. Horrible customer service. This wasn't my only issue with their billing system while having a unit there either....
