  My experience with this post office has been very good. Bring the proper paperwork and they give me my package.

  This place should get no stars for the lack of customer service skills. Tiffany "the manager" is the worst miserable human being i have ever met. I have been picking up packages for my fiance several times at this office and not once have i ever had a issue. But i come today to do so and Lisa tells me i have to have the same last name. That is not correct because you just have to have the same address on your drivers license. I told her i wanted a manager and she laughed at me and said "ooookay!" and wobbled her BIG HEAD at me. Manager comes and OH COURSE take the side of the employee. Teaches own, race will defend their own race. Spoke to her about how i have done this several times before and as long as i have the same address and she interrupted me and told me no. After a couple back and forth she even went to insult me about not being smart since i go to the local community college, since i had my shirt on. What king of customer service does these people provided to belittle the people who come to get their packages.
