  I got my hair braided two months ago. I suffer from alopecia at the crown of my head and almost got turned away because the other girls were unable to catch the hair in that area. However, Awa stepped up to the plate and was able to install the braids successfully! The braids were not tight and as hasn't caused any further damage and is continuing to grow. I even returned a few weeks later for a touch up. Great place and friendly staff who are good at what they do! I plan to return during the fall or winter. Thanks, Awa!
