  I was trying to become a patient since the office is 2 blocks away from my home .i thought its perfect and convenient and my insurence is accepted at the office. I called to make in appointment i was put on hold for 10 min i understood that i called at 9am and most offices are busy during that time so i cant be mad at that . She asked me what insurance i had i told her and they do accpect it . She told me i had to provide the number . I did not have the card on hand at the time i made the call . She did say they did accpect my insurance . So asked if i could just make the appointment and just come with the card then and any co pay of course i would pay it then. She said no (very rudely). That does not work for her . Long story short im taking my business . To another location that is away from my home. I would rather do that then deal with rude people .
