  As a former marketing director for a retail fashion brand I've always admired and loved it H&M style quality and fast fashion. However I've always been a frequent buyer at the ones in New York City. However for some reason this particular location in Jersey City is subpar. I've had several bad experiences where the store is always a mess and then there is no one to help you. Furthermore just because the store is fast fashion meeting lower prices it doesn't mean that you should treat your store as such. Whoever is the regional manager for this area should highly look into getting the store into shape. It's just a total waste even when you go to the cashier and you try to figure out what the prices are because whatever on the sales rack is not the right price they just look at you and give you attitude. Totally different than the ones that you go to New York City. Will say though that this particular store is no reflection of all the other locations.
