  My significant other and myself are regulars and in love with Honshu. They have some of the best sushi in the NYC area competing right up there with the top sushi restaurants in Manhattan. Honshu also has a very respectful selection of Japanese whiskys ranging from cheap to top shelf liquor. The service is always spot on and hospitable. If you're looking for sushi in Jersey City don't bother looking elsewhere.
