  Today, my Girlfriend's Customer Service Experience with your organization was less than sterling. She has been a consistent buyer with your store. Today by way of your Newport Store's Marginal Assistant Sales Person, that experience seems to be heading towards the toilet. A simple watch exchange was compared to an automobile accident claim.
