  I worked here as an outside contractor on a project spanning two days and watched the staff attend to every customer and phone call with a smile as well as a knowledgable and friendly attitude. The bouquet I took home was so fresh, it was still opening and improving after three days and still looked good a week later!

  I ordered a valentine basket for my daughter and when it didn't match the picture on the website, the owner (Joe) went out of his way to rectify the situation. He sent my daughter an amazing floral arrangement "free of charge" (this was after she'd already received an assortment of chocolates) and mailed me a $10 gift certificate, as well as a coupon to be used in my next order. He called my daughter to make sure she was okay with the floral arrangement (she loved it) and also called me several times to make sure I was happy with the situation. I never expected this kind of service in my wildest dreams! Joe is a wonderful individual and restored my faith in the human race. I highly recommend his store. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and the service impeccable.
