  Nice area, composed of mostly ethnic (roughly 80% Indian and 20% Asian) residents. After living in one of the buildings over 2 years, it has started to feel like a concentration camp. The neighborhood has no life to it - as its four blocks of high-rise residential towers only have two eating establishments; a pizzeria and a sushi place, no bars and half of a coffee shop. The neighborhood has an extremely high turnover, allowing for constant exponential rent increases. Careless and lazy management, eager to kick everyone out, combined with a Path train that doesn't work half of the time "because of a track condition" - make this place a "living hell" you cannot escape. Not to mention rent prices that are ABOVE many neighborhoods in Manhattan and extreme air pollution spewing from the below Holland Tunnel and 1950's diesel trains nearby make you think twice.
