  Receptionist are TERRIBLE. They contradict each other's information. They're miserable. I love the doctors but ALL receptionist in the adult section should be replaced!!

  Stepped on a nail and my wife insisted I get a tetanus shot, so I called in at 8a and was offered a 10:20 appointment. Got here at 10:15 and sat around till 11:30 before ever seeing a doctor. This is NOT how appointments work Riverside Medical Group. Please get it together. You call yourselves Medical "Professionals" yet all of your nurses are standing around talking about their weekend plans instead of expediting patient's visits
