  The staff here is generally helpful. Most things don't take too long. If replacements are there to fill in for the staff, however, you may not get what you need done that day, i.e., dropping off forms, advice, etc. If you need help from a specific person here, call ahead to make sure they are there before you make the trip. And park in the Journal Square(about 1.5 blocks away) area if you don't want to use the paid parking, that costs either $12 for the day or $6 or $7 an hour.
