  No star is more appropriate, boyfriend bought expensive earrings in pearl and yellow gold (which I didn't like) which are fairly big. Lady was not helpful at all in finding me something else suitable, kept showing more yellow gold. She offered to dip in white gold then backtracked and said dipping 22 carat will cause it to go blackish. She could find me no example of what this could look like. Then she said I should sell the earrings to my mum, what kind of response it that.
  Shabby half filled store, outdated and extremely bad customer service. Take your business elsewhere
